Terms of Service

These terms govern use of TravelLog, including the mobile app, marketing site, and business or admin portals.

Using TravelLog

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, respect other users, and use the product in compliance with applicable law and our community guidelines.

Your content

You retain ownership of trip content you upload. You grant TravelLog a limited license to host, process, and display that content so the service can operate, sync, back up, share, and render features you request.

AI features

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted trip entries, business responses, ad copy, and agent answers before relying on or publishing them.

Subscriptions, AI credits, and recharges

Paid TravelLog plans grant a monthly amount of prepaid AI credits. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not roll over. Recharges add prepaid AI credits to your account and remain available until spent, refunded, adjusted, or otherwise removed under these terms.

AI credits are spent when an eligible AI request runs. The amount debited may vary by provider, model, media, token usage, and other request details. We may show estimates before or during use, but the ledger entry for the completed request controls the final account balance.

You may cancel a subscription through the billing flow made available to your account. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges or restore credits already spent. Refunds, chargebacks, reversals, account credits, and billing corrections may create ledger adjustments, remove unused credits, or restrict paid AI access.

TravelLog may grant promotional or support credits. Gifted credits are not cash, may expire on the date shown in your account ledger, and may be revoked or adjusted if granted in error, abused, or associated with policy violations. If a balance becomes negative because of a refund, chargeback, correction, or delayed usage finalization, we may pause paid AI features until the account is brought back into good standing.

Social and sharing features

You control visibility settings for supported profiles, trips, and moments. Shared or public content must follow our community guidelines, respect privacy, and avoid unlawful or harmful material.

Business and advertising

Advertisers must submit accurate business details, pass review before placements go live, and pay for approved campaigns according to the billing flow presented in the business portal. Sponsored content must follow our advertising guidelines and may be rejected, paused, or removed.

Prohibited use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other users' private data, scrape the service without permission, abuse review or reporting systems, misrepresent a business, evade payment, or interfere with service operation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict business features when needed to protect users, enforce policies, comply with law, or preserve service integrity.
